Congratulations to Nadia Stone. She will graduate on May 12, 2018 from Kent University with a B.S. Degree in Biology/Pre-Med. Nadia is the daughter of William and Dawn (Lane) Stone from Cincinnati, Ohio and the sister of Dr. Mia Stone from Zion, Illinois. Nadia is the granddaughter of Mary Lane from Cordele, GA and William and Charlene Stone from Cincinnati, Ohio.

Nadia has been accepted to Illinois College of Optometry in Chicago, Illinois.

Nadia is a 2014 graduate from Clark Montessori High School. She was an honor graduate and also was on Dean’s List at Kent State. Nadia is a member of the New Mission Baptist Church and received the Minnie P. Brown $1,000 Scholarship Award.

Nadia is currently a member of the Voices of Testimony (VOT) Gospel Choir at Kent State. She served as Treasurer and the Director of Public Relations. Nadia attends the Shepherds Pasture for All Ministries (SPAN) Church. Nadia has been employed with Wing Eyecare for four years in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Naida loves to sing and travel. She has traveled to California, Andros Island, Chicago, New York and Hawaii. We are very proud of Nadia and all she has accomplished. We wish her the best in her future of becoming an optometrist.
