Marion Peterman Page was born September 11, 1917 and passed away Sunday, November 26, 2017 in Southern Manor Retirement Inn surrounded by her loving family.

Mrs. Page was preceded in death by her husband, Clyde K. Page and her son, Clyde Scott Page.

She is survived by her son, Joel H. Page, III and his wife, Kimberly Waters Page of Statesboro; daughter-in-law, Lily Page of Winder, GA; four grandchildren, Jonathan Page and Sandy Page Love and her husband, Steven all of Winder, GA; Daniel Page of Tuscaloosa, AL and Joel H. Page, IV of Augusta; great-granddaughter, Allison Love of Winder, GA and many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Marion graduated from Byromville High School, received a BS degree from Georgia College and State University, a Master’s degree from Mercer University and an Education Science degree from the University of Georgia. She was a member of the Byromville United Methodist Church, the Loyalty Sunday school class, the Byromville Women’s Club and the Jailhouse Alley Art Association in Fort Valley, GA.

A gathering of family and friends will be held 1 to 2 PM Wednesday, November 29, 2017 in the fellowship Hall of Byromville United Methodist Church followed by the funeral service at 2:00 PM in the church sanctuary.

Burial will follow in Page Cemetery in Byromville, GA.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Byromville United Methodist Church, 481 Davis Avenue, Byromville, GA 31007.
