Deputies involved in two-county chase

CORDELE — According to a Facebook post from the Crisp County Sheriff’s Office three young adults led deputies on a high speed chase Sunday morning, after stealing gas from an Arabi station.
Deputy Davis spotted the vehicle at exit 99, blue lights were activated. The driver fled north exiting at exit 104 continued east until reaching dead end and turned north. Chase continued to Hwy. 215 where the car turned west. Dooly County Deputies deployed stop sticks, deflating the front tires forcing the vehicle to a stop on Union Street in Vienna. Thanks to Cordele PD, GSP, Vienna PD and Dooly SO who provided assistance. The vehicle was discovered to have been stolen from Houston County.
