Crisp Regional Hospital is pleased to announce the addition of Dr. Mohamed Elgendy, MD, to the team at Crisp Regional Pediatrics. Dr. Elgendy brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the community, enhancing pediatric care for families in the region.

Dr. Elgendy joins us from Indiana University Health, where he served as a Pediatrics Attending Physician since 2022. He earned his Doctor of Medicine degree from Kasr Al-Ainy Cairo University in Cairo, Egypt, and completed his Residency in Pediatrics at Western Michigan University Homer Stryker School of Medicine in Kalamazoo, Michigan.

In addition to his clinical expertise, Dr. Elgendy has extensive research experience, having served as a Research Scholar at both Stony Brook University Hospital in Stony Brook, NY, and New York University Langone Medical Center in New York, NY. His research background underscores his commitment to advancing medical knowledge and improving patient outcomes.

Dr. Elgendy’s multilingual abilities, including fluency in English and Arabic, reflect his dedication to providing compassionate, culturally competent care to patients from diverse backgrounds.
