Mary Ann New would have been 80 years old on December 17, 2024. She is survived by her loving husband Louis New, children Vicki Wedge and husband Mark Wedge, son Louis New Jr and wife Melissa New, grandchildren, Louis “Tre” New III and friend Katie Mitchell and Jonathan New and wife, Cheyenne New, and their son Dawson New (Great-grandchild)..She battled cancer three times during her life. She was brave, strong, and fearless throughout her journey. She will be greatly missed by all friends and family.
She was a different one. She was feisty, loyal, and kind. She was compassionate. She was caring, and she was far from perfect. Her heart is covered in scars. She was powerful and influential. She was a lover and a fighter. She is what you would call a dying breed. She had a positive impact on everyone she had contact with.
Per her wishes, she opted not to have a traditional funeral or visitation. She donated her body to science and hopes that it would be a benefit to others. She will be surely missed.
