Ken Smith with Smith Diesel reported a theft of diesel fuel. The incident is under further investigation.
On March 22, 2016, Deputy Loron Williams stopped a 2003 Honda Accord, driven by Makale Davis of Lithonia, Georgia. The driver was later arrested for possession of open alcohol container, speeding in excess of maximum limits, and reckless driving.
Benny Harpe/City of Cordele reported a theft at 1803 13th Street South, value of the theft was $455.
Deputy Robert Pflueger responded to a criminal trespass reported by Crisp County Power Commission at 306 East Rockhouse Road, Lot 31, Cordele.
On February 19, 2016, Sgt. Willie Williams responded to 306 13th Street North, Cordele in reference to theft of electricity, Crisp County Power Commission reported the incident. The value of the theft was $501.
On March 19, 2016, Lt. Tommy Kelly, was dispatched to 603 26th Avenue West, Cordele, in reference to damage to property call. Myleeka Shonae Porter could not prove that someone caused this damage and was not sure of the eact location of where the damage occurred.
Lt. Tommy Kelly was dispatched to 403 Macedonia Church Road, Cordele on March 20, 2016, in reference to a criminal trespass.  Carla Scarborough stated that a unknown person entered her property and caused some damge.
On March 6, 2016, Deputy Alvin Duckworth, III, made contact with George Singletary by phone. Singletary advised Deputy Duckworth that he had some tools taken from his residence.
March 7, 2016 Deputy Jennifer Kelly responded to 4180 Industrial Blvd in Arabi. Shelly Pate Stillwell wanted to report a theft.
March 23, 2016 Deputy John Harvey responded to 101 Virginia Street. Arrested was Michael Scott Arnett and charged with Battery and Obstructing or Hindering Persons Making..

March 26, 2016 Deputy Adam Davis responded to 1257 Tremont Road in reference to Kristen Taylor McCalvin with Harassing Communications.
March 27, 2016 Deputy Kris Herrick initiated a stop for a traffic violation. As a result of the stop Larry Lamar Bullington, 176 Woodstone Circle, Albany, Ga was arrested for DUI.
