A 6-inch water main break in Rochelle this morning resulted in a boil water advisory for the entire city. Mayor Wayne McGuinty said the break occurred between Fourth and Fifth avenues. “The entire system is very old, so we have to patch it up from time to time,” he said. The advisory will remain in effect until further notice, the mayor said.
