During the Fourth of July celebration, a 14 year old male was shot in Holsey Cobb Village Apartments on the inside of the apartment complex, next to the office building of 1210 S 10th. This occurred at approximately 11:30pm, July 4, 2020.

Initially Cordele Police were advised of a gunshot victim that arrived at Crisp Regional and was being treated for a gunshot wound. Investigators responded. The crime scene was located and processed.

The injured 14 year old has a non-life-threatening injury.

This is an ongoing investigation.
