A graveside service for Robert Middleton Davis, Jr. of Vienna will be held at 4:00 p.m. Thursday, June 18, 2020 at Warwick Methodist Cemetery in Warwick. Robert passed away Saturday morning, June 13, 2020 at his residence. He was preceded in death by his sister, Cathy Davis Krause. Robert was born in Albany on November 9, 1967 to Robert Middleton Davis, Sr. and Peggie Banks Davis. He was a graduate of Crisp County High School and attended ABAC and Middle Georgia College. Robert was an active member of Hatley Baptist Church and a Master Mason. A skilled woodworker and gardener, he greatly enjoyed the study of Native American history and artifacts. Robert is survived by his daughter, Morgan Jane Davis of Warwick; his son, Robert Banks Davis of Warwick, his parents, Robert and Peggie Davis of Lake Blackshear; a sister, Margaret Patrick, an aunt and uncle, Janice and Bruce Calhoun; a niece and her husband, Victoria and Steven Stubbs; nephews, Will Patrick, Jack Krause and Beau Krause; a great-nephew, Hardy Stubbs, or as his uncle Robert liked to call him, “The World Famous HD”; and the mother of his children, Heidi Henry Davis.
