Joseph Bryan Newell, 48 of Cordele, passed away Sunday, April 26, 2020 at his residence. A private family service will be held at a later date. Born to the late James Edward Newell and Joann Webb Newell in Fitzgerald, he was a truck driver. Bryan was an avid fisherman but more than that, he loved his family, especially his grandchildren. He is survived by his wife of 26 years, Sarah Gladys  Newell;  his children and their spouses, Tina and Kasey Butler, Alexandria  and Matthew Tanner, Joshua and Nikki Newell and Kyle Newell and his girlfriend, Ashley Harpe, all of Cordele; a brother, Anthony and Sheila Newell of Ashburn; and 11 grandchildren, Jacob Butler, Karleigh Butler, Mason Butler, Gracelynn Butler, Hunter Hall, Brentley Tanner, Madison Tanner, Bevi Tanner, Teaghan Tanner, Kinsley Newell and Grason Newell.
