Robert Lee Ingram

Robert Lee “Papa” Ingram, Jr. passed away Tuesday, April 21, 2020 at Crisp Regional Hospital. A private family service will be held at a later date. Robert, 84 of Cordele, was born in Hawkinsville and was the son of the late Robert Lee Ingram, Sr. and Christine Walker Ingram. He was the owner/manager (RET) of Ingram Plumbing and an active member of Lake Blackshear Baptist Church. A veteran of the United States Coast Guard, Robert loved his family and the lake and spending time with them there.  He also loved cars. He is survived by his wife of 62 years, Helen M. Ingram of Cordele; three children, a daughter, Gina Ingram Dyksterhouse of Hawkinsville and sons, Robert “Robbie” Lee Ingram, III and his wife, Lynn of Perry and Greg W. Ingram of Hawkinsville; five grandchildren, Greg Ingram “Little Greg”, Ashlee Sanders and her husband, Adam, Robert “Rob” Lee Ingram, IV and his wife, Cassie, Lynsie Dyksterhouse and Zachary Dyksterhouse; and four great-grandchildren, Walker Ingram, Luke Sanders, Lilee Sanders and Ryder Ingram.
