Suspect sought after Marathon store burglary

- Cordele Police believe this man made forceful entry into the gas station located at 2302 Highway 300 at around 4 a.m. Saturday and made off with a cash register and an undetermined sum of money. If you recognize this man, contact the Cordele Police Department at 229-276-2921.

FROM A CORDELE POLICE DEPARTMENT PRESS RELEASE: Cordele Police responded to a burglary that had occurred at Marathon-Cordele convenience store at 2302 Highway 300 at around 4 a.m. Saturday, April 18th.
A white male subject made forceful entry into the building and stole the cash register. He obtained an undisclosed amount of money. The suspect is believed to be driving a light colored Nissan passenger car.
