2nd positive COVID-19 test returned on Crisp Regional patient

According to the Crisp County Sheriff’s Office, a positive test result for COVID-19 has come back on a second patient who has been treated in Crisp County.
On a social media post, the sheriff’s office noted that 39 tests have been submitted to public health authorities from Crisp County. Two have returned positive and 11 have returned negative. Local healthcare providers are awaiting results on 26 tests. Of those 26, seven are from inpatients who are currently admitted at Crisp Regional Hospital, and 19 are patients who are awaiting their test results at home.
