Nicholas Michael Norris, 31, of Tifton passed away Sunday, June 9, 2019 at Tift Regional Hospital surrounded by his loving family. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, June 14, 2019 in the chapel of Rainey Family Funeral Services with burial following in Bertha Dozier Memorial Park in Montezuma. The family will receive friends prior to the service Friday beginning at 1 p.m. at the funeral home.

Nick was born in Albany and was the son of Mark Wesley Norris and Tina Michelle Maroney Patrick. He worked in the medical supply delivery field and was a member of Cordele First Baptist Church. A friend to everyone, Nick had a smile and a word for all that he met.  He was a huge sports fan and especially loved the Georgia Bulldogs. He was an avid hunter and fisherman, always enjoying the outdoors.

Nick is survived by his mother and step-father, Tina and Milton Patrick of Warwick; his father, Mark Norris of Tifton; brothers, Austin Norris of St. Augustine, Fla., Hunter Patrick of Warwick and Blake Ward of St. Augustine, Fla.; three sisters, April Smith and her husband, Jason of Terrell County, Lindsey Norris and her husband Kolby of Orlando, Fla. and Carley Ann Patrick of Carrollton; grandparents, Carolyn Ogara, Jeanne and Lonnie Moore, Mike and Debbie Norris and Bo and Ruthel Patrick; and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
