Cordele Police arrest three for entering autos

FROM A CORDELE POLICE DEPARTMENT PRESS RELEASE:
Cordele Police have arrested three suspects Friday night. The suspects allegedly were involved in entering of two automobiles at St. James Apartments, 1000 Blk. E 24th Ave., Cordele, Ga.
Officers believe a fourth suspect is still at large.
Upon the officers arrival in the area, all suspects ran including one who ran into an apartment and got into a physical altercation with a resident. This suspect was arrested and the resident had visible injuries.
Chief Green said, “thanks to quick information received, our officers were able to arrest the individuals attempting to take items from two cars not belonging to them.”
Due to this is an ongoing and active investigation, identification of the suspects won’t be released yet.
