A service to remember the life she lived will be held for Kathy McGlamory of Vienna at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, December 15, 2018 at Mt. Vernon Baptist Church in Vienna. Rev. Jimmy Gauthier will officiate the service. Kathy, 64,  passed away Friday, November 30, 2018 at her residence.  Born in Atlanta, she was the daughter of the late J.W. “Willie” Ray and Kathleen S. Brown and Earl Brown.  She was a homemaker and a member of Mt. Vernon Baptist Church. Kathy enjoyed reading and crafting and was an avid horsewoman and an excellent seamstress. She is survived by her husband of 41 years, Johnny McGlamory; her children, a son, John McGlamory and a daughter Twila (Shannon) Sellers; siblings, Brenda Ray of Acworth and Cindy Wooten of Fruithurst, AL, Montie Brown and his wife, Elaine of Cordele and Mike Ray of Acworth; four grandchildren, Marshall, Maddison, Cassie and Tayla; a great-grandson, Wyatt; a niece and five nephews, Heather Ray Moore, Josh Ray, Thommy Ray, Chet Wooten, Jason Brown and Jeremy Brown.
