A woman is dead Tuesday afternoon after a fatal crash on Cannon Road in Crisp County according to Crisp County Coroner Richard Wright.

He says the victim, a 67 year old woman, crashed her vehicle into a pecan tree on the opposite side of the road head-on. The Georgia State Patrol says the victim suffered a medical episode.

The victim was identified as Susan Boucher of Vienna.
