Dorothy Ann Woodard of Dothan, AL and a former resident of Ozark, AL passed away March 27, 2025 at her residence at the age 78. She was born in Columbus, GA and was the daughter of the late Calvin Britt Stephens and Clara Bell Fallis Stephens. Dottie as she was lovingly known, was a homemaker and a member of Ridgecrest Baptist Church in Ozark, AL. She loved her Lord and was very involved with several ministries, and one of her favorites was Salvation Praise Fellowship in TN. Dottie loved to travel especially to the beach and the mountains and she also enjoyed cruises. She loved flowers and enjoyed working in her yard. Dottie had a huge heart for animals. She had a flair for color and decorating, and wherever she lived her home was always beautiful and popped with color. She also used that flair on herself  because she always looked “put together” and in top fashion. Dottie is survived by her husband of 46 years, William Woodard of Dothan, AL; two children, Samuel Clayton Malloy of Phoenix City, AL and Christi Leigh Railey of Pine Mountain, GA; four grandchildren, Patrick Talyor Malloy, Caitlyn Grace Malloy, James Parker Railey and Margaret Grace Railey; and two great-grandchildren.
