Crisp Regional Hospital is proud to recognize Chance Underwood, LPN, as our latest DAISY Award recipient! This prestigious honor celebrates nurses who go above and beyond in providing exceptional care, and Chance is a shining example of that dedication.

Nominated by the Brewer Family in honor of their loved one, Ronnie Brewer, they shared:

“Chance truly is fulfilling his calling in life as a nurse. He came by early, stayed late, and always took the time to answer our many questions with patience and compassion. He treated our family as his own, making us feel comforted during one of the most difficult times in our lives. His kindness, empathy, and dedication meant the world to us, and we don’t know how we would have made it through the week without him.”

ICU Director Heather Kelley echoed these sentiments, saying:

“Chance is very deserving of this award. He provides exceptional critical care and always goes the extra mile to ensure his patients and their families feel supported and informed.”
