On January 12, 2025, at approximately 6:30 p.m., deputies responded to a report of criminal trespass at a property on Lincolm Pinch Way. Upon arrival, they discovered two males, later identified as Manuel Harden and Jerome Brown, with a U-Haul truck parked behind a newly constructed residence. The homeowner confirmed that no one was authorized to be on the property. Harden claimed that he and Brown were contractors and were behind the residence to “get a better look at the lake”. Harden and Brown were advised that they were under arrest for Loitering. Harden became aggressive by snatching his arms, yelling, and trying to turn away from the deputies. Both Harden and Brown were handcuffed and transported to the Crisp County Detention Center. Investigations found that both men have extensive criminal histories.
