Crisp County 4-H held its highly anticipated Annual Banquet at the Cordele Lions Club Fairground, honoring the remarkable achievements of its members over the past year. The event brought together 4-H members, their families, and the community to recognize the hard work, dedication, and leadership of the youth involved in the organization.

The banquet featured several awards presented to outstanding members, acknowledging their contributions and growth in various areas. The evening’s highlights included the presentation of the following awards:

• Presidents Award: Bryson Daniels was honored with this prestigious award, recognizing his exceptional leadership and commitment to the Crisp County 4-H.
• Junior Award of Excellence: Cheyenne Layfield, Kaden Sales, Kleah Mathis, and Kaylee Mauldin received this award for their excellence in various 4-H activities and projects, demonstrating a strong dedication to personal growth and community service.
• I Dare You Award: Kylee Odom, Armani Montford, and Kaylee Pitts were presented with this award, which encourages youth to step outside their comfort zones and take on new challenges, reflecting their courage and determination.
• Outstanding Junior Award: Andrea Pineda was recognized as the Outstanding Junior, celebrating her exceptional participation and contributions to the 4-H community.
• George B. Lee Award: Kyle York received the George B. Lee Award, honoring his leadership qualities and commitment to the values of 4-H.
• Goodwin Nix Leadership Award: Luke Bartlett was presented with this award, recognizing his outstanding leadership skills and dedication to making a positive impact in his community.
