The Cordele-Crisp Chamber of Commerce celebrated this transition with a ribbon-cutting ceremony on August 21, 2024. The event was a testament to the strong community ties and the importance of continued local healthcare excellence.

Lawanda Troutman, Chair Elect of the Cordele-Crisp Chamber of Commerce, delivered warm welcoming remarks, highlighting the importance of such establishments to the local community. The ceremony was opened with a prayer and remarks from Commissioner Rev. Isaac Owens, who spoke on behalf of the City of Cordele, underscoring the city’s commitment to supporting local businesses.
