The CCHS Ag Department was awarded a $5,700.00 grant in teaching materials to help to further educate the students in wildlife and conservation sciences. Georgia Department of Natural Resources Education Specialist, Calvin Cole worked with the CCHS Ag Teacher, Eric Dixon to write the grant and see it through to success. This grant was awarded to the CCHS at the 2024 GVATA Conference that was held in Athens, GA from July 14-17, 2024.
