The Crisp County 4-H hosted their annual watermelon ways 4-H Dog Show at the Cordele Community Clubhouse on June 14, 2024. Liz Clarke our Crisp County Extension Officer judged the dogs with help from a couple of the senior 4-H students. Randy West, County Extension Coordinator said that it was, “another great event for the children of our community. It’s always about the kids; as long as one child signs up we will put it on.” This year there were three children that signed up for the dog show, and they all had great support from family and friends.
