Sara Frost completes Eagle Scout project

Sara Frost, daughter of Troop 270 Scoutmaster John Frost and Troop Treasurer Lee Frost, completed her Eagle Scout Project on June 1, 2024. She is a member of Scouts BSA Troop 13 in Albany. Troop 13 is an all-girl Troop, chartered by St. Theresa’s Catholic church, in Albany. They also charter the all-boy Troop 3.
Sara’s Project is two benches that will be placed at the Arabi Walking Track. She was assisted on the project by Scouts and Scouters from Troops 3, 13, and 270. The work on the benches was performed at the Historic Cordele Boy Scout Hut.
Members of Cordele Boy Scout Troop 270 who helped were Jake Atkins, Landon Atkins, Simon Baker, Jacob Frost, and Jensen Wade. Local adults who pitched in were Scoutmaster John Frost, Assistant Scoutmaster Britt Brinson, Troop Committee Chair Terry Fennel, Charter Organization Representative David Wade, and Troop Committee Members Brady Atkins and Gene Baker.
Upon completion of her Eagle Scout Board of Review, Sara will join her brothers Jack and Michael Frost in earning the coveted rank of Eagle Scout.
