Crisp County Sheriffs Office

CRISP COUNTY, GA (April 21, 2024): On April 21, 2024, around midnight, Georgia State Patrol was
requested to work a two-vehicle accident on 24th Ave E near 4th Street (Cordele, GA) that involved an off-duty Sheriff’s Deputy.
Kendall Evans, 22, was arrested for alleged DUI and booked into the Crisp County Detention Center. Evans has been released on bond and is suspended pending investigation. Georgia State Patrol is investigating the accident. Crisp County EMS transported two individuals to Crisp Regional Hospital. Both individuals were later released.
