Cordele Dispatch Publisher Chris Lewis announced this morning that the newspaper’s lobby located at 306 W. 13th Ave. will close for the foreseeable future as a precautionary measure to help halt the spread of the novel coronavirus.

“We will still answer the phones and conduct business as usual, but we don’t want to put our customers in a position where they may be exposed to this public health threat,” Lewis said.

Payments can be made by mail or over the phone, and anyone with advertising needs or circulation concerns can call the office during regular business hours. The main phone number at the Cordele Dispatch is 229-273-2277.
