City of Cordele Customers:

It is the City of Cordele’s priority to keep our customers safe as the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) continues to spread. The City of Cordele will not be turning off water at this time. However, all bills are still due. This will include any late fees or service charges that accrue during this period if the bill is not paid.

For your safety, customers can pay their bills online or via phone. Bills can be paid online by visiting www.cityofcordele.com. Payments will also be received through phone by calling (866)-830-3577. Both methods of payment will require the customer’s account number, as well as, the last four digits of the telephone number that the city has on the account.
