Crisp County’s Varsity competition cheerleading team brought home top honors with a first place win in the AAA division at last weekend’s Battle of the Best competition hosted by Veterans High School on Saturday. The athletes and coaches are extremely proud of this winning performance at the first competition of the season.
The team would like to invite everyone to their home competition, the Cougar Cheer Classic, this Saturday, September 21st.
The event will consist of 19 teams competing across all classifications. Both middle and high school squads will be representing the blue and gold and would love to have the support of the community. The middle school session begins at 10 a.m. and the high school session begins at 1 p.m. Admission to one session is $7.00. Admission to both sessions is $12.00 and comes with an armband allowing spectators to leave and re-enter during both sessions.
The Crisp County cheerleaders hope to see you there on Saturday as they compete for their hometown crowd!
