No one appears to be seriously injured as a result of a two-vehicle wreck on 16th Ave. W. near the intersection with 9th Ave that occurred shortly before 1 p.m. Monday. Traffic in the eastbound lanes of 16th Ave. near the accident is slowed, but officers with the Cordele Police Department are on scene directing traffic and processing the scene.

Two EMS units responded to the wreck, but first responders were not treating anyone on the scene. We will update with more information as it becomes available.
