Toby Moore Sr. of Cordele passed away Friday, May 24, 2019 at Crisp Regional Hospital. He was preceded in death by his wife and the love of his life, Jean Moore.

Eighty-one years ago God made a farmer. His parents were the late James Alton Moore and Zuma Lewis Moore. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, May 25, 2019 in the chapel of Rainey Family Funeral Services. Burial will follow in Arabi Cemetery. The family will receive friends prior to the service Saturday beginning at 1:00 p.m.

Toby loved his family but his passion in life was putting seeds in the ground and watching them grow. He is survived by his children and their spouses, Toby, Jr. and Vicky Moore of Pinehurst, Sherry and Clay Reid of Rochelle and Keith and Amy Moore of Cordele; and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
