Funeral services for Elsie Felder Slade were held at 11 a.m., Saturday, May 11, 2019 in the chapel of Hughes & Wright Funeral Home. Burial followed at Ebenezer Baptist Church Cemetery. Officiating the service was Rev. Fred Jones and these members of the family: Hal Slade, Giles Canter, Brent Slade, Rev. Donnie Slade and Rev. Todd Slade.

Eula Jo Sheffield, pianist, played for the service. She accompanied Greg Slade as he led the congregational song “To God Be the Glory.”

Serving as pallbearers were family members: Brent Slade, Shane Slade, Rob Slade, Donnie Slade, Todd Slade Ty Slade and Tripp Slade.
