Marchers celebrate MLK Day in Cordele

- Community leaders joined together for a brief march on Joe Wright Drive in Cordele on Monday in celebration of Martin Luther King Day.

Roughly 150 Cordele residents braved near-freezing temperatures to hold a community-wide prayer meeting and then march peacefully north on Joe Wright Drive in a celebration of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Day.
