The Concerned Citizens of Cordele is a group of local residents who for several years have provided hundreds of food baskets to those in need during Thanksgiving. Due to Hurricane Michael, the demand for the organization’s food baskets will likely be greater than ever. The Concerned Citizens of Cordele is asking for donations of canned goods to help supply enough food for this holiday season’s efforts. Donors can drop off canned goods at the Cordele-Crisp Chamber of Commerce at 502 South 2^nd Street.
