“You have your head in a hole if you don’t think you need God to do your job,” were the humble and truthful words said by Georgia State Patrol Post 30 Commander Jon Posey at the Law Enforcement Memorial Service held yesterday at Pinecrest Baptist Church in Cordele.  “There is a fight between good and evil, and we need to keep God with us all the time,” Posey voiced strongly.  Posey continued in giving appreciation words to all the different public safety departments that work together.  “No department can do their job on their own,” he said.   In acknowledging the families present, Posey assured them how much they are appreciated and thanked them for the sacrifices already made.  “There is nothing we can do to make up for your loss, but we will do all we can.”
