According to Crisp County EMA director Sheriff Billy Hancock, the Federal Emergency Management Agency has added 6 more counties to their list for individual assistance. Crisp, Cook, Berrien, Dougherty, Turner and Wilcox have been added to the list. Gov. Nathan deal has just received notice from the White House and FEMA that his request was approved. On January 21st and 22nd high winds and tornados struck our area of the state and caused massive damage, injury and loss of life.
