Crisp County High soccer teams came away a victor by identical 10-0 scores when they visited the Dougherty High Trojans on Tuesday.
In the first match, the Lady Cougars led 6-0 at intermission. The mercy rule was eventually implemented midway the second half.
Anna Olsen led the scoring with six goals. Johnna Roberson added three goals and Savannah Thompson added one.
With the win, the Lady Cougars improved to 3-2 overall, 3-1 in Region 1-AAAA competition.
In the nightcap, the Cougars held a 4-0 advantage at the half before the mercy rule was again in the second half.
Three Cougars — Tahjia Thompson, Matthew Windham and Niles Sikking — scored two goals each. Bailey Nipper, Tyler Collins, Sherrod Ruff and Kimble Williams tallied one apiece.
With the victory, the Cougars improved to 2-2 in the region, 2-3 overall heading into home matches on Friday against Americus-Sumter. Boys play begins at 5:30 and girls action starts at 7:30.
