CORDELE — Crisp and Dooly County residents are encouraged to attend the annual membership meeting of the Southwest GA United Empowerment Zone.
Scheduled for Monday, March 29 at 5:30 p.m., this year’s meeting will be held at the Cordele Community Clubhouse.
Crisp County board members will be elected during the meeting, and attendees will hear news regarding accomplishments, current activities and future plans.
All previously funded Empowerment Zone providers are asked to attend. Anyone who wishes to set up a display should contact Lisa Dixon at 268-7592, ext. 263 no later than March 22 as space is limited.
Light refreshments will be served at 5:30, and the meeting will start promptly at 6 p.m.
