Cordele — Governor Arnold, U.S. Army Veteran and Aaron Anderson U.S. Marine Corps vet enjoy a meal at Golden Corral Monday evening.
Each year on the Monday following Veterans Day, Don Williams and the staff of Golden Corral join with other restaurants from around the country to treat our brave men and women of service, both past and present, to a meal on the house as a thank you for their sacrifices for our country.
There was a long line trailing outside the restaurant as veterans and their families enjoyed the night out. Cadets from the Crisp County JROTC were also on hand to assist.
