Studstill selected for Governor’s Honors

ROCHELLE — Caleb Studstill, a sophomore at Wilcox County High School, has been selected to attend the 2009 Governor’s Honor Program.

Caleb will spend six weeks this summer at Valdosta State University working with other students in the field of agriscience/biotechnology. He was nominated and interviewed at the University of Georgia for the opportunity to participate in the program.

Studstill is a member of the Wilcox County FFA. He is the son of Joseph and Jo Jo Studstill of Abbeville.

Also nominated for the program from WCHS were Rebekka Ledford, Rob Land, and John Wilson Gordon. They were selected as alternates.
