Community invited to ‘Arts after Hours’

CORDELE — Numerous local artists, both students and adults, will be featured at an “Arts after Hours” program here Thursday, Nov. 19.

Everyone is invited to the Crisp Area Arts Alliance, 701 E. 17th Ave. anytime between 4:30 and 6:30 p.m. Many of the artists will be available to discuss their work, and entertainment will be provided by a hand drum duo.

Arts Alliance Director Sunny Lee says the Alliance and Cordele-Crisp Chamber of Commerce have joined hands to present this program. “We want people to see the work we’ve done to give our building a facelift and enjoy local artwork and entertainment at the same time.”
