Cordele — Not even an hour after the ball dropped in Times Square to ring in the new year a special delivery was made at Crisp Regional Hospital. Samantha Lynn Weaver, born at 12:36 a.m. on New Year’s Day, was the first baby born at Crisp Regional Hospital in 2013. She weighed in at 6lbs. 5.7 oz and measured 19 inches long. She is the daughter of Erika Perez and and Travis Weaver. Pictured with them is RN Debbie Franks. Samantha Lynn will be welcomed home by her three older brothers. They received a gift basket filled with baby items courtesy of the hospital.
