Church sets ‘pioneer days’

Rochelle —

ROCHELLE — Christian Hill Freewill Baptist located at 3037 Christian Hill Road, Rochelle will be celebrating PIONEER DAYS Sunday, Aug. 8.

Visitors and church members are encouraged to come dressed as people dressed in the days of the horse/buggy era.

The worship service will be at11a.m., then a covered dish lunch will be served at12noon followed at 1:15p.m. by a “good ole southern gospel music concert.

Featured performers will be  “The Georgians” of Valdsosta. More information is available by calling 229-624-2066.
