The troupe made it to state competition by winning the region title, on Oct. 30, at the Flint River Theater in Camilla. At region, Best Performance Awards went to Skye Darsey, who played Mammy; Ben Richmond as Hairy Man; Brad Richmond as the Dog; and Bree Carpenter, Maddie Krause, Jerrett Irwin and Kayla Childers as the chorus.
