SPRING, TX — Joyce G. Shipp, 86, of Spring, TX, but formerly of Rochelle passed away Wednesday, March 3, 2010 at Golden Girls Personal Care Home in Spring.
Graveside services will be held at 11a.m. Tuesday, March 9, 2010 in the Mount Pleasant Cemetery in Pineview. Rev. Lawton Sammons will officiate.
Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. Sunday in the funeral home. Frazier and Son Funeral Home in Rochelle is in charge of arrangements.

Miriam Naomi Hamilton
Funeral services for Miriam Ivey Hamilton of Cordele will be at 4 p.m. on Tuesday, December 21, 2010, at Pinecrest Baptist Church, Cordele. Burial will follow in the Sunnyside Cemetery.
Mrs. Hamilton is survived by her son and daughter-in-law Jack Jr. and Dawn Hamilton of Cordele; daughters and son-in-laws Jean and Mickey Rogers of Arabi; Joy and Emory Edwards of Cordele; granddaughters, Julie Rogers, Jamey Rogers, Jenna (Blake) Hobbs, Courtney Hamilton, Carley Hamilton, and Miriam Edwards; grandsons, Heath Hamilton and William Edwards; great-grandchild, Mickensey Leigh Hobbs. She was preceded in death by her husband Jack P. Hamilton. The family will receive friends on Monday, December 20, 2010 from 5:30 until 7:00 p.m.
